• TRI Pointe Group, Inc. Announces Corporate Name Change

    INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev., Jan. 05, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TRI Pointe Group, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: TPH), one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., today announced its intention to change its corporate name to Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., effective as of January 15, 2021, in connection with the previously announced decision to consolidate its homebuilding brands into one unified name. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “TPH” on the New York Stock Exchange and will maintain its existing CUSIP number. No action will be required by existing stockholders in connection with the name change. The Company anticipates that its common stock will begin trading on the NYSE under the new name on January 19, 2021.
